HTTP firmware upgrading from WAN side causes NWH8010 crash.

QUESTION :

After remote upgrading firmware from WAN side using 'admin' accout
via HTTP protocol, the NWH8010 is crashed. How should I resolve
this problem?

ANSWER:

The HTTP firmware upgrading from WAN side is NOT supported by the
v902 firmware. And this operation will very possibly make the device
crash. Please press the HARDWARE RESET button of NWH8010 device to make it recover. Next time, please use TFTP firmware upgrading
instead.
