ANSWER:

Please use the following steps to remove current Wireless Adapter Utility from your system and install the new one for 4X mode support:
Step 1. Open desktop’s Start menu, choose Programs>Wireless Adapter Utility, and then click Uninstall.

Step 2. Confirm file Deletion window will appear. Click Yes.

Step 3. Remove Program from your computer window will appear and process of removing program will be shown. Click OK to finish the process.

Step 4. Open the desktop’s Start menu and choose Run.

Step 5. Run window will appear, enter the path of updated utility file or use Browse… button to search the file location and click OK button

Step 6. Choose Destination Location window will appear. Click Next.

Step 7. Select Program Folder will appear. Click Next.

Step 8. Setup Complete window will appear. Click Finish to complete theinstallation.

Notice: Before using the utility in Windows XP system, please follow the steps below to disable the Windows XP Zero Configuration.

Step (1) Open Control Panel and double-click on Network Connections.

Step (2) Right-click on Wireless Network Connection of TIACX100 WLAN Adapter and select Properties.

Step (3) Select Wireless Networks tab, uncheck Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings option and click OK.
