QUESTION:

When you install the adapter with the TCP/IP protocol in Win95.
After reboot, you got the above error message.

ANSWER:

If you install the TCP/IP protocol with the DHCP option enable
and you don't have an DHCP server on your network, then you will
get this error message. To correct this, please remove the TCP/IP
protocol(if you don't use it) or assign an fixed IP address to the
adapter in Network Control Panel.
